"Darkness" is a song from Eminem's eleventh studio album "Music to Be Murdered By", which was released completely out of the blue in January 2020. The song is based on a melancholic piano background, which is clearly inspired by Simon & Garfunkel's 1964 hit "The Sound of Silence".
