"Stacy's Mom" is a song by American rock band Fountains of Wayne, and was released as the lead single from their third studio album "Welcome Interstate Managers" in May 2003. It became their biggest hit. The band's bass player Adam Schlesinger, who wrote the song, died of complications from COVID-19 in April 2020.
