Mike Posner is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer. Posner hails from the not totally broke city of Detroit and attended Duke University. In 2010, he released his first album 31 Minutes to Takeoff featuring hits "Cooler Than Me" and "Please Don't Go". Posner battled depression and exited the spotlight to write for other artists including: "Sugar" by Maroon 5, "Boyfriend" by Justin Bieber, "Beneath Your Beautiful" by Labrinth. In 2015, he released the highly popular song "I Took a Pill in Ibiza". The song was later remixed by SeeB, elevating it to #1 in several countries and #4 in the U.S. Hint: the pill is not Tylenol.
