Tetris was created in 1984 by the Russian programmer Alexei Paschitnow, and was later released for Nintendo's Game Boy in 1989. The famous Tetris theme song is based on a Russian folk song called "Korobeiniki", which dates back to the 19th century. A fun song to play on the piano!
