Debussy's "Premiere Arabesque" is the first of the two arabesques for piano which Claude Debussy (1862-1918) composed in his late twenties. They are prime examples of his developing musical styles, and some of the first impressionistic pieces. The Arabesque No. 1 is one of Debussy's most famous pieces, and became part of pop culture!
